I hope he reads this and reflects on his actions and chooses to do right and care for others. I will not forget this, nor will this place receive a penny from my funds if they support this behavior. What ever happened to the stronger people protecting the vulnerable people? I urge anyone that might be vulnerable to seek a different hotel.
He or his culture might not care for her and believe that they are superior, but he better hope she is safe and secure. His negligence, carelessness, and lack of empathy for the young lady shocked me. Any man that has a woman in their life that they love knows exactly the kind of anger they would have if that was their loved one traveling alone!
*****but the night manager who is an Indian man said out loud what room number that a young, small woman was staying in for literally every guy in the lobby to hear... and not only did he say it loud and clear for anyone that wasn't deaf, but he was looking at the guys in lobby as he said it because he knew it wasn't professional and he could not have cared less! No doubt in my mind this was intentional.*****
The staff seems fresh from India and very friendly. However the hotel unfortunately is falling apart. Shelves were broken, bathroom door knob was falling off and would not latch, bed was apparently a hair away from falling off the support beam, you could see outside under the door, the bathroom had used soap in it, and the chairs were about to collapse. Also I seen one small cockroach running across the table.
I walked into the lobby to inquire about room rates for the night. I was greeted by the overwhelming smell of mold and immediately walked through a giant spider web. The lobby consisted of neon signage and a pamphlet which said "you are going to hell", to which I thought "it looks like I'm already here". The entire lobby looked a haunted house. I couldn't shake the deeply disturbing feeling I got from this place and immediately left. After reading the reviews of this place, I firmly believe I made the right decision. They should change the name of this place to the Bates Motel. Don't let the crosses outside and all over the lobby fool you, there is no sanctuary here.
Don't ever let that happen again. Have some honor and respect.
If you enjoy unclean linen, roaches, bed bugs cockroaches blood and urine stains go ahead and stay here. We got our key, checked our room and immediately left and got a refund but i doubt ill get the refund on my card back in 3-5 business days like the Indian guy said. Smh. DO NOT STAY HERE. PLEASE!
Under new ownership has helped the hotel get back to a good place to stay. Lots of construction going on.
Over that. The bed (the reason i got the room) was cozy and clean. (Or I was just that exhausted.) And it is cheap.
If you are a woman (ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE ALONE), please read! Not only does the air conditioning not work (surprise!),
