Nice except air conditioning did not come even close to cooling the room,hot
Nice staff, clean room. King size bed was comfy. Conveniently located to gas stations, fast food, and i40.
We stayed at this Hotel during the evacuation of hurricane Irma and we were so disappointed. We understood the hotel was older and for the most part it was as clean as could be expected. However when we left and got home I checked my bank charges and noticed the hotel had charged me three times for my room. When I called all the manager Kurnal could tell me was that his merchant only charged me once. I called Wyndham Group to clear the matter up they continue to give me a run around. It has now been over 2 weeks and they still have not refunded my money. I do not recommend staying here because it is going to cost you more than a 5 star hotel and the Wyndham Group is not out for the guest all they are in it for is the money!
Never think was good the room was very clean also the bathroom
Heat unit didn't work well, pillows were cheap and uncomfortable. Also all night long there was a banging, and constantly someone tried to open my door. Won't be staying there again.
