I ordered the chicken basket, and asked that the chicken and fries be well done. Not only were they not well done, the fries were limp and cold. The toast had greasy butter and was not toasted at all. The gravy was full of lumps and hardly edible. Money down the drain!!
Customer Service is awesome. My order was messed up and they fixed it without any hesitation. Another incident when customer service was awesome, when I had to wait for my order over 15 minutes and they gave me a gift card! I never had that to happen at any food place! The food is delicious!
update! I guess when you ask for EXTRA toast and gravy with your 6 piece chicken strip meal they decide to not give you any gravy at all and no extra toast. Not impressed this time.
It took a long time for the food to come out but that doesn't bother me too much. The people working there were very nice and it was very clean.
Services great .The Was food is great ... Very clean facilities... And thanks to the one of the Cooks in the kitchen.... I was able to get a jump because the battery went out in my car during my travels... And made it back home safely to Memphis
