Worse customer service EVER! I was transferred too many times to count, and each time I had to explain why I was calling, which was to schedule a technician to come to my office and remove their hardware!

Just got cable installed and i dont even have basic channels was told i needed to add another set channels for more money and my first bill over 200$ i cant even watch world news this totally sucks im going to another cable service. Not even worth one star
