Tried to order a sandwich and salad for delivery. The girl on the phone was nice enough but when she had trouble processing my payment and she didn't know what to do, she decided the best way to handle the situation was to just simply hang up..... Travelers if you are hungry, I would suggest going to the next town.....cant promise anything but I can tell you that the people that work in the businesses off the Brownsville exit do not care enough for you to spend your money there.... Travelers beware!!!
Customer service is the worst!! I ordered a Brooklyn style Pizza. Was delivered a Medium pizza. Driver was in such a hurry to leave that before I complain he was gone. I called and spoke to the manager and she hung up on me twice! Told me to call her boss in the morning then. Click! Top notch worst customer service I have ever received. Have tried to call back multiple times but call will not be answered. And they are open for 3 more hours!! Insane!!

I have ordered delivery from our local dominos for years. Never had anything wrong with my food and it has always been the best quality. I’ve always had the nicest delivery people and they are seldom sent away empty handed. We order delivery because I live with my great grandparents who are not meant to drive at night and I do not have a license. The trouble tonight is that supposedly from the two employees I have spoken with tonight there is a new delivery person who refuses to deliver in my area, though we are under five minutes away and located in a quiet, peaceful part of town. She cancelled my order without so much as giving me the option to pick it up, thus forcing me to go through the entire ordering process again and will not receive the twenty two dollars back on my card for 3-5 days, which I’m sure doesn’t include weekends. When my great grandmother called back to further inquire upon why we were suddenly being denied delivery for the first time in seven years she was told quite crassly, “we just don’t deliver there anymore!” And though I’m sure should I try again tomorrow I shouldn’t find so much as a hint of trouble recieving my order. I’m very disappointed in this shift and how they handled the situation. Trust me when I say I will be more reluctant to spend my money here in the future.
