Had a 0100 appointment. Showed up at 0029. They said they were backed up and wouldn't be able to get to me and come back at 6 am for the next shift. Came back at 6 am and was told since I was late for my appointment I would be there all day. 9 hours later I am finally rolling. Shipper refused to put the in time on the bills. Security guard refused to also. You definitely need to have your trailer washed or clean before going in there.
Great experience every time I have picked up here.The facility is very clean with very nice employees.You are allowed to take your break on the property which has a very large parking lot.
This is one of the most difficult Pictsweet terminals. The guards are awesome, the rest of the crew...be prepared to spend 6-8 hrs here...even if you are the only truck at the dock.
Easy peezy. Like others have noted, MAKE SURE TRAILER IS SPOTLESS. These are some of the last of an endangered species known as humans left on this earth. Most shipper/receiver locations would have you believe they are operated by humans... but sadly, they are mostly just useless bots with no detectable intellect. Pictsweet is always run well. No fuss. They just get it.
