Well worth the quick detour off i40 this place had great doughnuts and giant pigs in a blanket.
If you've never eaten at Baskin Donut in Brownsville, Tennessee, I suggest you go. The owners are exceptional in their service to their customers. And if you truly want something that just melts in your mouth, then try their Butter Rolls. Also their chicken, egg, and cheese crossissants are Amazing as well.
